Two different methods to be tested:

(1) Continuous-flow solution with a nutrient film technology where a shallow stream water with nutritients is recirculated in the roots of plants. There will be enough air for the plants. The slope should be 1:100, but 1:30 or 1:40 are used. Flow rate should be one liter per minute.

(2) Ebb and flow -technic. The pots are filled with eg. stones which acts as anchors to the roots. The rooting medium is flooded for a short period (5-10 mins).
